What do we mean by 'top-of-mind'?
To be first in the minds of our clients, prospective clients, and prospective employees. When an electrical issue arises, we want to be the obvious choice to call. When students graduate, ready to start their electrical careers, we want Magna to be first on their short list of potential employers. Growing the awareness of Magna to this extent is indeed a big task, but we are confident it is one we can accomplish if we are continually becoming better every day.
How do we become 'better every day'?
First, we must acknowledge our imperfections. Admitting that there is room to improve is one of the first steps to learning! It allows us to harness our past experience to improve ourselves, and to find new ways to build a culture that shares lessons learned in pursuit of shared success across our organization.
