This 2-Day, Hands-On Generator Applications Basic Training has been designed to increase your understanding of generators, how they can be optimized, and controlled.

Day 1

  • Generator fundamentals
  • Engine basics, diesel and gas
  • Generator basics 
  • Generator terminology
  • Required software, and where to find it 
  • Basic PID tuning

Day 2

  • System overview
  • Basic configuration 
  • Set-up 2 ComAp starter kits and an 18” display
  • Basic genset synchronization
  • Alarm codes and interpretation
