2016 Education Award, National Philanthropy Day

Magna IV Engineering is humbled to receive the 2016 Education Award on National Philanthropy Day, November 10th. Thanks to the University of Alberta for the nomination, and congratulations to our fellow award recipients!

Every contribution counts.

Nominated by University of Alberta

"One of Magna IV Engineering's commitments to their customers is that they "do what they say they're going to do". This commitment to follow through on their promises also translates into their recent, and first, gift to the University ofAlberta. This gift was especially significant in that it received its direction from CEO, Mr. Ken Unruh, who is also an engineering alumnus of the University. Magna IV's gift was directed towards the Faculty of Engineering's new David and Joan Lynch School of Engineering Safety and Risk Management (ESRM). This gift will impact 1,200 students who graduate every year by teaching them to think and act in a way that protects lives and communities through safe and reliable operations."
